Job summary

Google Public Sector seeks an Enablement Leader to drive technical and business training across Sales and Customer Engineering, delivering scalable learning systems and custom curricula for contractual training commitments.

You will shape content strategy, oversee labs and courses, and collaborate with executives to align enablement with product releases and GTM goals, accelerating time-to-productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years advising VP+ leaders on cross-functional alignment for corporate events or sales kickoffs.
• Experience with cloud architectures and generative AI deployment models.
• People management experience.
• Designing repeatable sales motions, playbooks, and multi-tier learning for gov/regulatory markets.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an enablement team with clear priorities.
• Define end-to-end technical and business content strategy including labs.
• Oversee programs and infrastructure like annual sales kickoffs and bootcamps.
• Partner with executives across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
• Measure and optimize enablement impact using KPIs.
