Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an Enablement Lead, Government to design and deliver high-impact enablement experiences across OpenAI’s product suite for government customers. You will lead live workshops, create learning journeys, and drive adoption programs that translate product capabilities into mission outcomes.

You will work across public servants, technical practitioners, and senior leaders, guiding adoption while ensuring safety and responsible AI use in government workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing, enablement, or transformation roles in government or complex enterprises.
• Ability to lead workshops and scalable adoption programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement of OpenAI products across government organizations.
• Lead full enablement lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.
• Define structured enablement programs with clear goals and measures.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements and labs.
• Build learning journeys and training materials for government users.
• Gather feedback and translate to product teams.
• Partner with multiple teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Identify government patterns for scalable programs.
