Job summary

Unify Health Services in Wisconsin is hiring an Industrial Medical Provider to support a manufacturing environment. This PRN role includes return-to-work visits, physicals for new hires, and responding to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor.

Ideal candidates hold an active state license, CPR and First Aid certification, and 6 months to 1 year of professional experience. Experience in industrial healthcare and OSHA familiarity are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)

Qualifications:

Required:

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting

• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30-50 lbs as needed
