Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking a PRN Industrial Medical Provider to join our on-site team at a large manufacturing facility in York, PA. The role focuses on frontline health support, wellness education, vaccines, and safe return-to-work processes.

Responsibilities include treating injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or clinic, conducting new-hire physicals, charting, inventory management, and collaboration with departments to maintain health standards.

Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.
• Experience in industrial healthcare (preferred).
• Proficiency in administering immunizations (preferred).
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations (preferred).

• Provide medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic.
• Conduct physicals for new hires.
• Deliver wellness education and administer vaccines.
• Support return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing.
• Perform charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility, where you will be instrumental in protecting the health of industrial athletes. The position involves wearing essential safety gear and working in a hands-on healthcare setting that requires adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Proficiency in administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Regular pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor to overhead
• Stooping and forward bending
