Job summary

Unify Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to support our manufacturing clients on a PRN basis. You'll work in an onsite center, perform health assessments, and respond to workplace health needs.

Ideal candidates hold an active state license or certification, CPR and First Aid, and have 6–12 months of professional experience. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industrial healthcare is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active state license or valid certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
• 6–12 months of relevant professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits and basic health assessments.
• Perform physicals for new hires and health screenings.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor and onsite center.
• Utilize vaccines, tests, EKGs, and emergency equipment per OSHA guidelines.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor level to overhead
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30-50 lbs as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)
