Job summary

Unify Health Services seeks an Industrial Medical Provider to support a manufacturing workforce on site, delivering hands-on care, health screenings, and proactive wellness programs.

You will perform return-to-work visits, physicals for new hires, and respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor, using vaccines and AEDs as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, adaptability, and compliance with OSHA guidelines, with PRN shifts and on-site resources.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in the applicable state.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens.
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor level to overhead
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30–50 lbs as needed
