Job summary

Unify Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to join our on-site team in a manufacturing setting. You will conduct return-to-work visits, perform employee physicals, and respond to health needs on the plant floor with a focus on safety and wellbeing.

The role requires an active state license, CPR/First Aid, and 6–12 months of professional experience. Prior experience in industrial healthcare and knowledge of OSHA regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active state license or certification (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens.
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Utilize vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs as available.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full licensure scope).

Qualifications:

Required:

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor level to overhead
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30-50 lbs as needed
