Job summary

Unify Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to support our manufacturing site with on-site medical care and return-to-work assessments.

The role includes performing physicals for new hires, urine drug screens, breath alcohol tests, and medical questionnaires, while following OSHA first aid guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens.
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Utilize vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor level to overhead
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30–50 lbs as needed

Key Responsibilities
