Job summary

Unify Health Services seeks an EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN to join our industrial medical team in a manufacturing environment. In this PRN role you’ll provide hands-on care, respond to workplace health needs, and promote safety and wellbeing among employees on site.

This position emphasizes adaptability, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to workplace safety, with access to protective gear and onsite resources to support a healthier, safer workplace for every employee.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in the applicable state required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return to work visits including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens.
• Perform physicals for new hires including audiograms vision screenings urine drug screens and medical questionnaires.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines COVID/flu tests EKG machine emergency kits and AEDs.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines not full scope of licensure.

Qualifications Required

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing walking and sitting
• Tasks involving pinching grasping and gripping
• Reaching from floor level to overhead
