Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed (EMT/paramedic or RN/LPN) in the state.
• Experience in donor screening and medical history interviews.
• Familiarity with EHS and medical event protocols.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent and screening.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Review laboratory test results and communicate unsuitable results to donors.
• Coordinate donor notification of test outcomes with Center Physician and Medical Affairs.
• Support vaccination programs and occupational health guidance as applicable.
