Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Instructor/Operator – EMT to deliver high-fidelity medical training at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, and operate MSTC simulators. This role requires maintaining current medical certifications while delivering scenario-based training in classroom and field environments.

You will teach TC3 across all four tiers, support 68W sustainment and CLS initial training, and ensure accurate evaluation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have military medical or licensed clinical background.
• Ability to manage records and maintain training documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TC3 training across four tiers (ASM/Tier I, CLS/Tier II, CM/Tier III, CP/Tier IV).
• Instruct CLS initial/sustainment training and 68W sustainment for non-medical personnel.
• Operate MSTC systems and configure realistic training scenarios.
• Maintain training records, student evaluations, and AAR documentation.
• Contribute to quality control and ensure compliance with medical proponent standards.
