Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to implement our programs and provide outreach within the community. This full-time role includes rotating shifts at a gated retirement community on Massachusetts' South Shore.

Responsibilities include patrols, responding to calls from dispatch, and enforcing traffic regulations. CPR/EMT credentials and a valid license are required or in progress for hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification; higher level allowed.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Attend medical emergencies and provide care using basic interventions.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
