Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to safeguard residents and property at our gated community in Massachusetts. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to emergencies, enforce traffic rules, and provide rapid medical care within the basic intervention scope.

Qualified candidates hold CPR for Healthcare Providers and EMR certifications, are 18+, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic intervention care.
• Complete detailed incident reports using the online system.
