Job summary
Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a Safety and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to implement Security and Emergency Services programs within the community. You will patrol, respond to calls, enforce regulations, and coordinate with local agencies to ensure resident safety.
Qualified candidates will have EMR/EMT experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
- CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required.
- EMR certification required or will be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular patrols of the property and relief staffing for the gatehouse.
- Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
- Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic care.
- Investigate reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, or potential crime.
- Coordinate with police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
- Complete detailed incident reports in the online system.
