Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living located in Massachusetts is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT). You will implement our Security and Emergency Services programs and provide outreach within the community.

Responsibilities include patrols, gatehouse relief, traffic enforcement, medical emergency response, and thorough incident reporting, with opportunities for career growth across new communities managed by Erickson Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EMR/EMT certification and CPR for Healthcare Providers current.
• Prior security or EMS experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain EMR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care.
• Complete detailed incident reports using the online system.
