Job summary
Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to implement our security and emergency services programs and engage with residents within our gated retirement community in Massachusetts. This full-time position offers Fri/Sat/Sun 7am-7pm or Sat/Sun/Mon 7pm-7am shifts, with compensation of $22-$26 hourly based on experience.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
- Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
- Current Emergency Medical Responder certification; EMR upgrade within 30 days if needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to emergency and routine calls.
- Enforce all traffic and parking regulations on campus.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic care.
- Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
- Coordinate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
