Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) in Massachusetts. You will implement Security and Emergency Services programs and engage with the community.

Responsibilities include patrols, gatehouse relief, responding to emergencies and calls, enforcing traffic rules, and documenting incidents; CPR and EMR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification; higher licensure acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care.
• Complete detailed incident reports using the online system.
