Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to join our gated retirement community on Massachusetts' South Shore. The role focuses on implementing Security and Emergency Services programs, providing outreach within the community, and ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.

Shifts include Full-time Fri/Sat/Sun 7am-7pm and Sat/Sun/Mon 7pm-7am, with compensation between $22 and $26 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• EMR certification required; higher level cert/licensure acceptable with 30 days to obtain EMR.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online system.
• Coordinate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
