Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is hiring a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT). You will implement security and emergency services programs, patrol the gated retirement community, and provide outreach within the community.

This full-time role offers varied schedules, including Fri/Sat/Sun 7am-7pm or Sat/Sun/Mon 7pm-7am, with hourly pay of $22-$26. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, 401k matching, onsite medical centers, dining discounts, and growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Current Emergency Medical Responder certification; higher licensure acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to calls for service.
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations on site.
• Respond to medical emergencies with basic interventions.
• Complete incident reports in the online system.
