BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Medical Support Specialist at our Pittsburgh, PA center. You will determine donor eligibility, review test results, and manage donor safety under supervision of the Center Manager and Center Physician.

The role complies with industry regulations, supports EHS programs, and collaborates with BioLife Medical Affairs to ensure high-quality donor care and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.
• Licensure in EMT-B, EMT-A, EMT-I, EMT-P, LPN/LVN, or RN as applicable.
• Must meet state requirements for licensure and basic IV therapy.

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility, informed consent, and history.
• Assess donor safety and lab results, including SPE review.
• Handle donor adverse events per SOPs and center orders.
• Support vaccination programs and EHS guidance.
