Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to support plasma center operations in Daytona Beach, FL. You will determine donor eligibility, manage adverse events, review SPE results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires state licensure (EMT/BLS/EMT-P, RN/LPN) and current CPR/AED certification, with prior clinical or hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, education, and medical history.
• Evaluate donor reaction(s) and manage medical emergencies following SOPs.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results.
• Provide center-level support for environmental, health and safety and related issues.
