Job summary

Amerimed EMS in Macon, GA is seeking qualified EMT-B/I/AEMT or Paramedic staff to respond to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls and transport patients safely to destinations. The role supports full-time and Part Time/PRN schedules with 12-hour shifts and built-in overtime.

Responsibilities include maintaining certifications, CPR, and a valid driver's license, while adhering to protocols and ensuring patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State and/or NREMT license at EMT-B, I, AEMT or Paramedic level.
• Current CPR card.
• Valid Driver's License with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
• Maintain EMT-B, I, AEMT or Paramedic certifications as required.
• Maintain a current CPR card.
• Maintain valid Driver's License and pass MVR.
• Keep assigned ambulance clean and ready for calls.
• Respond appropriately to dispatched calls.
• Provide medical care within the scope of practice under protocols.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Perform other tasks as needed; shifts may vary.
