Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, service administration, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
• Automotive, heavy truck, emergency vehicle, or equipment dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Attention to detail, especially when it comes to work orders, scheduling, and billing.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments, repairs, and maintenance for emergency vehicles and equipment.
• Open, update, and close service work orders with accuracy.
• Inform customers about repair progress, scheduling updates, and completion dates.
• Collaborate with technicians and service leadership to keep repairs moving.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, pickups, and customer communications.
• Assist with service estimates, quotes, invoicing, and warranty documentation.
• Follow up on open work orders and pending repairs.
