Job summary

MacQueen Equipment Group in Aurora, IL, is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule and coordinate service work, track open orders, communicate with customers, and ensure timely repairs. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
• Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, trucking, or a service-related industry is a plus.

What You'll Do

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This position combines computer-based responsibilities with frequent physical activity in a shop or service environment. The role may require:

• Frequently sitting and using a computer, including keyboarding, accessing technical information, and completing service documentation.
• Frequently standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workplace.
• Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Working in shop or service environments with potential exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, fumes, and other equipment-related hazards.
• Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required by applicable safety procedures.
