Job summary

Siddons-Martin Emergency Group is hiring an EMS Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle of emergency vehicles in the Johnson City territory. You will prospect fire departments, EMS agencies, and public safety organizations; deliver product demonstrations; prepare proposals and pricing; and ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact to post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with key decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling for long municipal sales cycles.
• Proven ability to manage a territory independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and maintain relationships with fire departments, EMS agencies, and public safety organizations within the territory.
• Identify new business opportunities including unit sales and remounts.
• Deliver product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and support municipal bidding processes.
• Negotiate contracts to protect margins and adhere to pricing guidelines.
• Use CRM daily for activity tracking and forecast accuracy.
• Travel extensively within the territory including overnight travel.
