Qualified candidates bring 3–5 years EMS experience, EMT/Paramedic licensure with NREMT, and strong leadership and budgeting skills to improve efficiency and safety across 500+ vehicles and 3,200+ providers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years EMS experience as an EMT or Paramedic.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience with performance tracking and budget oversight.
• EMT/Paramedic license; NREMT certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily EMS operations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service.
