Job summary

Mercy EMS is seeking a Regional EMS Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple facilities in a regional area. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, evaluations, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and generate statistical reports in support of Mercy EMS goals.

The role includes direct patient care in line with Mercy Health System protocols, field response as needed, and leadership aligned with Mercy's caring philosophy and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising EMS teams and coordinating regional operations.
• Knowledge of EMS protocols, safety standards, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EMS operations across multiple facilities in the region.
• Supervise co-workers including scheduling and evaluations.
• Assist in vehicle and equipment maintenance and supply inventory.
• Prepare statistical reports and state trip tickets.
• Lead training and continuing education for EMS staff.
• Perform direct patient care in line with Mercy Health System protocols.
