Junior Recruiter – Hospital to Home LLC

The Junior Recruiter is responsible for supporting the hiring and onboarding of qualified Paramedics, EMTs, EVOC drivers, and attendants for a premier medical transportation service. This role focuses on candidate outreach, screening, scheduling, and recruitment coordination while helping ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist with identifying potential candidates through job boards, career fairs, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Applicant Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to review candidate qualifications, certifications, availability, and interest in open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidate Support: Provide timely follow-up to applicants and help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with local EMS programs, training schools, and community organizations to support recruiting efforts.
• Compliance Assistance: Help collect and verify required certifications and licenses.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding activities and ensure new hires complete required paperwork and pre-employment steps.
• Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruitment reporting as needed.
