Job summary

Global Medical Response in Santa Clarita, CA is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate field staff with management, and interface with outside agencies. This role includes monitoring system status, scheduling needs, and ensuring quality field operations.

The candidate will have a California EMT or Paramedic certification, at least two years of full-time experience, and proven skills in evaluating, instructing and coaching pre-hospital care delivery, along

Qualifications

Current California State EMT or Paramedic Certification.
Minimum of two (2) years full-time employment.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics and other operational staff as necessary.
Maintain familiarity with and interpret operational policies and procedures.
Ensure quality field operations through daily contact, oversight, communication and evaluation.
Assess daily equipment, supply and vehicle needs.
Coordinate service with Materials Management Department.
Resolve customer and staff inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion.
