Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum of two years full-time EMT/Paramedic experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, instruct and coach pre-hospital care delivery.
• Solid understanding of operations policies and procedures.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to EMTs and paramedics.
• Interpret and ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality field operations through daily oversight and evaluation.
• Assess equipment, supply and vehicle needs with Materials Management.
• Ensure ticket-work is reconciled daily.
• Resolve operational response exceptions promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers and staff.
• Share on-call Coordinator duties as required.
• Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to company policies.
