DocGo in Ridgewood, NY seeks an Operations Supervisor for field operations oversight and dispatch support. The role requires 5+ years EMS experience, EMT and BLS certificates, and a NY driver's license. You will coordinate crews, safety checks, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years EMS experience is required.
• EMT and BLS certifications are required.
• Valid NY State driver’s license is required.
• Supervisory experience (3+ years) preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs field checks on crews/trucks to ensure safety and standards.
• Troubleshoots issues with Operations Manager/Mechanic for resolution.
• Assists crews with lift assists and manages supplies/equipment.
• Coordinates call-outs and staffing to fill operational gaps.
• Maintains PCS training and assists with dispatch efficiency.
