Job summary

MMT Ambulance is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Albany, GA to lead daily EMS operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional patient transport services. You will oversee equipment readiness, staff training, and adherence to policies, while maintaining accurate documentation and quality care across pre-hospital and inter-facility settings.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPR and EMS certifications; NREMT or state certification with reciprocity.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities; able to guide teams under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily EMS operations and station activities.
• Mentor and develop frontline personnel and students as assigned.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and transport services.
• Oversee equipment readiness, PCRs, and inventory checks.
• Utilize ATS to screen candidates and maintain policy adherence.
• Maintain professional interactions with healthcare staff and patients.
