Job summary

Responsibilities

• Balance daily operations and mentor staff while ensuring patient care quality.
• Oversee timesheets, payroll docs, and training of junior personnel.
• Ensure equipment readiness and station operations, vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain EMS documentation: PCRs, inspections, inventory.
• Adhere to policies and participate in continuing education.
