Job summary

MMT Ambulance is seeking an EMS Operations Supervisor in Lexington, SC. The role combines hands-on EMS care with supervisory duties, mentoring staff, supervising daily ambulance operations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

The candidate will manage payroll docs, assist in hiring via ATS, and maintain compliant documentation and equipment readiness while delivering high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Current state EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure, or National Registry (NREMT) with reciprocity.
• Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of timesheets and payroll docs.
• Lead and assist in training lower-level personnel and students.
• Deliver competent patient care in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings.
• Assist with hiring using ATS to screen and select candidates.
• Ensure adherence to policies and proper documentation in systems.
