Responsibilities

• Uphold Quality Standards: Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accrediting agencies.
• Daily Operational Duties: Supervise personnel, oversee staffing and budgeting, and optimize billing processes.
• Fleet/Equipment Management & Maintenance: Ensure fleet is registered, insured, and compliant; monitor safety and upkeep.
• Personnel Functions: Recruit and retain talent; support training and performance evaluations.
• Safety Compliance: Support QA/QI, promote safety, and conduct investigations into incidents.
• Business Development: Support contracts, drive referrals, and align goals across departments.
