Salary ranges between $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Uphold Quality Standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accrediting agencies.
- Develop and implement protocols, procedures, and training programs
- Serve as liaison between state governing bodies, stakeholders, and other healthcare agencies.
Daily Operational Duties
- Supervise all personnel, interns, and students
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and budgeting
- Collaborate with accounts receivable department to optimize billing processes and operational decisions
- Review financial statements and performance data to optimize productivity and identify areas for cost reduction and program improvement.
- Prepare work schedules for EMS and transportation staff
- Ensure proper certification of new hires
- Provide direct patient care as needed
Fleet/Equipment Management & Maintenance
- Ensure all fleet vehicles are registered, insured, and in compliance.
- Monitor vehicle and equipment functionality, safety, and cleanliness
- Monitor suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective provision of goods and services within budgetary limits.
Personnel Functions
- Recruit and retain top talent
- Assist department directors in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-services training classes, on-the-job training and orientation programs.
- Assist in performance evaluations.
Safety Compliance
- Support QA/QI processes to drive clinical excellence
- Promote safety procedures and compliance among the team.
- Conduct post-accident investigations, implement safety programs, and oversee safety training
Business Development
- Support business development and healthcare facility relationships to drive referrals and secure contracts
- Facilitate new business contracts
- Communicate goals, updates, and program outcomes effectively across departments
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director or Resources Team.
- Work in partnership with the Executive and EMS Directors to align operational goals, address service challenges, and drive continuous improvements across operations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Leadership Experience
- At least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and delegation abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Fleet management experience is a plus.
Additional Specific Requirements
- Must hold a current and active State license/Registration/Certification.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of business management; personnel management; budgeting and financial management; and RFP/contracts.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and transport rules/regulations.
