AmeriPro Health seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily EMS field operations in the absence of senior management. You will ensure coverage, protocol compliance and overall efficiency, serving as a liaison between field staff and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years EMS field experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Current State Paramedic licensure in good standing.
• Current National Registry NREMT certification (if required by state).
• Current CPR: BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS, PHTLS/BTLS certifications.
• Valid State driver's license.
• FEMA IS Certifications (IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800).
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day field operation employees in absence of senior management.
• Ensures equipment availability for assigned duties.
• Acts as liaison for field staff to other departments.
• Prepares paperwork for breakdowns, investigations, and incidents.
• Maintains daily schedule and discrepancies.
• Keeps relevant training and maintenance records.
• Ensures supplies are adequate and ordered.
• Ensures adherence to patient care protocols.
• Assists Director in evaluating employee performance.
• Coordinates ambulance transport during Mass Casualty Incidents.
