Job summary

AmeriPro Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily EMS field operations in the absence of senior management. The role ensures coverage, protocol compliance, and efficiency while coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' EMS field experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current State Paramedic licensure in good standing.
• Current National Registry NREMT certification (if required by state).
• CPR: BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS, PHTLS/BTLS certifications.
• Valid State driver's license.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day EMS field operations in the absence of senior management.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available for assigned duties.
• Liaise with Training, CQI, Payroll, HR, Billing and Communications.
• Prepare paperwork for breakdowns, investigations and shift activities.
• Maintain daily schedules and records of training and maintenance.
• Monitor unit deployment and system efficiency.
• Respond to scenes and coordinate ambulance transport during mass casualty incidents.
