Job summary

AmeriPro Health is seeking an EMS Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily EMS field activities in the absence of senior management. You will ensure coverage, equipment readiness, and act as liaison with departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires Paramedic certification, 2+ years EMS experience, and a focus on compliant, cost-effective management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Paramedic certification is required or preferred.
• Valid state Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day EMS field operations in absence of senior management.
• Ensures equipment availability for assigned duties.
• Acts as liaison to Training, CQI, Payroll, HR, Billing, and Communications.
• Prepares incident reports, shift activities and deviations.
• Maintains training and maintenance records and state-specific documentation.
• Ensures adequate supplies and adherence to policies and protocols.
• Evaluates employee performance and maintains attendance records.
• Directs deployment and efficiency of the EMS system.
• Performs duties outlined in Paramedic Job Description as needed.
