Qualifications
- 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
- 5+ years in formal Project Management.
- 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.
- Deep familiarity with Aerospace, Military, and Tech Industrial product lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead Albuquerque Leadership Team and Corporate Engineering to shape strategic roadmaps.
- Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage capital spend, budgets, and project prioritization.
- Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, large-scale product transfers, BOM/ECN integrity, and DFxReviews.
