Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks an accomplished Engineering Manager with 10+ years in electronics manufacturing (EMS) and 5+ years in project management to relocate to Albuquerque and lead strategic growth.

You will oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering, drive NPI and DFx initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while building high-performing teams and strengthening key aerospace, military, and industrial customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / production environments.
• 5+ years in formal Project Management.
• 3+ years in People Leadership / Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Albuquerque Leadership Team and shape strategic roadmaps.
• Oversee Product, Process, and Test Engineering; manage budgets and cross-functional prioritization.
• Direct end-to-end NPI, rapid prototyping, and large-scale product transfers; ensure DFx integrity.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and environmental regulations.
• Advocate for key aerospace, military, and industrial accounts; build executive trust.
