Job summary

UF Health St. Johns is seeking an EMS Business Development Manager to lead growth across Flagler and St. Johns counties.

This field-based role supports hospital and system initiatives, builds relationships with EMS leadership, providers, and healthcare partners, and develops targeted outreach and market strategies. Based in Gainesville but covering the Flagler/St. Johns market, the role collaborates on CME events, health fairs, and EMS alignments to improve patient access and service line

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or EMS/medical transport preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with healthcare systems or hospital networks encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community EMS providers and healthcare systems.
• Drive strategic growth for service lines and system initiatives.
• Develop and execute business development plans and tactics.
• Gather market intelligence and report to leadership.
• Collaborate on educational outreach, CME events, and health fairs.
• Address patient access barriers and coordinate with clinical leaders.
• Support hospital growth through system alignment and outreach.
