Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience in an EMS communications environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, and coordinate uninterrupted dispatch and communication services for air and ground EMS units.
• Lead drills and training for disaster preparedness and emergency response.
• Supervise communications staff including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure readiness of radio, CAD, and tracking systems.
