Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, Emergency Management, EMS Administration, Project Management, Rural Health, or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of project management experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of rural healthcare/EMS/public health experience.
• Experience managing government-funded programs, grants, or special projects.
• Experience with local, state, and federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage CCMSD's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) funding allocations and related projects.
• Develop budgets, expenditures, implementation plans, and reporting requirements for RHTP.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements, deliverables, timelines, and reporting obligations.
• Monitor funded project performance and outcomes; prepare progress reports for leadership and agencies.
• Coordinate project documentation and maintain comprehensive funding records.
• Plan, organize, and oversee RHTP EMS-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, milestones, and performance measures.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Research, monitor, and identify potential RHTP opportunities; assist with grant documentation and proposals.
• Build relationships with federal, state, county, and municipal agencies; coordinate compliance activities.
• Represent CCMSD in regional, state, and community meetings; develop collaborative partnerships; coordinate outreach related to EMS and rural health.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership and funding agencies; track KPIs and program outcomes.
