Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of grant writing, development, data analysis, project management, research, or program evaluation.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office apps: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant data collection, analysis, and reporting to support accurate, timely, and meaningful communication of program outcomes.
• Monitor grant goals, performance measures, deliverables, and deadlines to support compliance and effective grant management.
• Partner with program teams and internal stakeholders to ensure data quality, identify trends, and communicate progress toward grant objectives.
• Develop grant proposals, narratives, and supporting materials that align organizational priorities with funding opportunities.
• Research funding sources and gather organizational, community, and program information to strengthen grant applications and reports.
• Maintain organized grant records and documentation while supporting departmental projects and evolving funding priorities.
