AMR is hiring an Operations Supervisor in Santa Cruz/ Scotts Valley area to oversee day-to-day EMS field operations. You will facilitate communication between field staff and management, coordinate scheduling, and supervise EMTs and Paramedics to ensure quality pre-hospital care.

The role demands strong knowledge of operational policies, staffing coordination, and the ability to respond to inquiries quickly.

Formación

• Two years full-time employment as a Paramedic.
• Strong understanding of pre-hospital care delivery.
• Knowledge of operations policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics and other staff.
• Maintain familiarity with operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality field operations through daily contact, oversight and evaluation.
• Assess equipment, supply and vehicle needs; coordinate service with Materials Management.
• Ensure 100% reconciliation of ticket-work daily.
• Respond to customer and staff inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Share on-call Coordinator duties as required.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
