Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum of two (2) years full-time employment as a Paramedic.
• Demonstrated skills in evaluating, instructing and coaching pre-hospital care.
• Demonstrated understanding of operations policies and procedures.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics and other staff as needed.
• Maintain familiarity with operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality field operations through daily contact, oversight, and evaluation.
• Assess daily equipment, supply and vehicle needs; coordinate service with Materials Management.
• Ensure 100% reconciliation of ticket-work daily with staff.
• Resolve operational exceptions with appropriate action.
• Respond to customer and staff inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Investigate events involving units or staff and prepare internal reports.
• Share on-call Coordinator duties as required.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
