Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate communications between staff and management, interface with outside agencies, and monitor system status. The role includes significant administrative analysis, scheduling support, and CES responsibilities, while guiding staff in adherence to policies.

The ideal candidate has EMS experience, EMT and/or Paramedic credentials, and robust knowledge of operations management.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EMT certification required; Paramedic certification preferred.
• Current CPR, BLS, NREMT certification or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, communicates with, and evaluates all field employees in the assigned area.
• Acts as liaison with patients, public safety agencies, training institutions, hospital personnel, and other system users.
• Ensures maintenance of qualified field operations through daily contact, oversight, communication and evaluation.
• Assists with preparation of employee evaluations and field crew contact reports.
• Ensures PCRs and other field paperwork is reconciled daily in conjunction with PCR processing.
