Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply Emergency Medical Dispatch concepts as standard of care.
• Allocate EMS resources per protocols and rules.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate for each shift.
• Enter shift data and State Run Reports accurately.
• Generate and verify applicable reports.
• Locate incident scenes and plan fastest safe routes.
• Relay supervisor instructions and emergency information clearly.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and memorandums.
• Follow established parameters when receiving service requests.
• Operate equipment including 911 gear, printers and related tools.
