Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understands and applies Emergency Medical Dispatch concepts and AMR protocols.
• Allocates EMS resources using approved decision-making rules.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of paperwork before shift end.
• Performs data entry including State Run Report data entry as assigned.
• Generates reports and verifies data accuracy.
• Locates incident scenes and selects safe routes using locator aids.
• Relays information from supervisors and emergency directives.
• Maintains knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Adheres to established service request formats and equipment use.
